Brief description of the issue:
In PAVD airport, World Update 10 version, there is a segmented circle near the start of runway 6 with a windsock in the middle of it. However, in the default version of the airport, there isn’t one.
There are also several missing taxiway signs, especially in the taxiway at the center of the runway. I understand that world update airports are more detailed, but I would expect that basic things like windsocks and taxiway signs that tell you which taxiways are which would be in both versions.

Default runway 6 taxiway signs (there actually are some near the runway, but the LOD on the default taxiway signs is actually worse!). But you can also see that a taxiway sign is missing:

Default runway 24 taxiway signs (some missing, including some when you pull off of runway 6):
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Start Microsoft Flight Simulator.
- If you have World Update 10 installed, delete it.
- Go to the World Map and start a flight at PAVD.
- Use the showcase camera to navigate around the field.
