I am going to say the NXI G1000.
Flysimware Cessna 414, because the vanilla sim doesn’t include any GA twins with steam gauges, which are what I have the most memories of flying in with my uncle. Older versions of FS offered both steam and glass versions of the Baron and King Air, and I miss the steam Baron something awful. The Carenado Piper Seneca is nice but it’s slower than the Baron, and the 414 falls neatly between the Baron and King Air in terms of size and capabilities.
Hey if you like cool twins with steam-gauges I would absolutely recommend the Carenado Seneca. And maybe the Carenado Seminole (this one is maybe a little bit boring but still a solid airplane).
With the Flysimware Cessna Chancellor and the Carenado Seneca you will fly the best two twins currently available for the sim.
Seneca was indeed my favorite GA twin before I bought the 414.
Does LittleNavMap count as a mod?
Certainly does! It is so indespensible that I discounted it in the initial post, so have another go
Probably We-Love-VFR by Puffinflight. Nothing adds to the VFR experience like this does.
But honestly, as a true mod-junkie I could never be happy with just one mod …
Yep, completely agreed. We Love VFR is my top of the list must have mod.
