Can anyone help, ever since SU5 my turtle beach velocity one flight stick hasn’t been able to work just a whole bunch of ghost inputs at once for no known reason, it’s like it keeps pausing and unpausing and pausing and unpausing whenever I’m in game, never in the menus tho, I have unplugged and replugged it in, I’ve re calibrated it, checked for firmware update, was working perfectly before SU5 now hasn’t worked once on SU5, and it’s not faulty cause I have connected it to my laptop to check the inputs and there isn’t any inputs going off when connected to my laptop, just whenever I load up into this garbage game, I’d hope someone on here knows what this issue is
I use a velocity one ….and all fine after SU5, not seeing any issues …sorry!
Did you always use it on SU5 or did you also use it on SU4, I was thinking maybe the settings I had setup for SU4 has changed or something from SU5 causing issues?
I used it on SU4 and SU5
Tried this with 3 different other cables didn’t work, was working for like 5 minutes than started to do it again
I think I found a fix to it it’s the game bugging out, I found closing the game and quitting it on Xbox than restarting the game is working, have to do it almost everytime I start it up tho which is rubbish, amazing update SU5 love the new bugs that they release they are so awesome
No issues here with the velocity one either. Working beautifully. I have had a similar problem with my TCA quadrant in the past, but that turned out to be rogue control bindings after an update. Hope you get it sorted.
Just realised the OP is using with an Xbox …..sorry, PC here so my posts are not really relevant!
Is the stick already connected when you boot the Xbox, or do you plug it in later. I’ve had the V1 yoke glitch out if I unplug and replug it while the Xbox is up. It’s just like you described, like a bunch of buttons are getting pushed randomly and a reboot fixed it.
Normally I keep it attached all the time and this never happens.
I have this same problem when plugging in the Velocity One joystick after MSFS24 is already running on XSX. Only way to fix is to close and restart MSFS. Did not have this issue prior to SU5. The USB port is going bad on my V1 as well so it will randomly just bug out in the middle of a flight (like I just plugged it in)
Yeah its so stupid cause the game takes forever to load up, really haven’t played msfs at all for SU5, getting a new flight stick and to have it not work properly really just annoyed me, I hope SU6 has fixed this issue
