Well I managed to get the reverse thrust to work on the caravan with the velocity one yoke throttles, pulling back past the detent just goes full reverse, but I cant get it to go in the range between flight idle and reverse, makes it a huge pain to taxi without ground idle. Any thoughts? How is everyone else configuring this?
Have you tried binding the prop control as you would for a piston engine to get flight and ground idle?
Put the fuel condition lever in low idle, not high. You fly on low idle… you especially taxi in low idle otherwise you can almost take flight.

You can set up the detent to work as a toggle. Then you pull back the throttle lever completely, click it into the reverser and then push forward again to control the beta and reverse range of the lever.
Bingo. Red (far right) lever to middle position, which is low idle. Still not perfect but helps a lot. Now if there was only a way to do it in the PC-12…
pc-12 will also have a fuel condition lever, most likely a switch though.
