I have a problem with my turtle beach VelocityOne stick.
When I pull the stick towards my body, the plane goes down, and when I push it forward, the plane goes up.
How can I reverse this? Which setting do I need to change in the menu?
I play on Xbox and msfs2024

Are you on 2024? If so you have to go into the control profiles and edit all of the bindings, the axis’ are reversed.
Mine is doing the same thing. Even when I try to reverse the axis, it doesn’t change anything. The stick works fine in 2020 though. By default it should just work, we shouldn’t have to go in and edit all the bindings.
For whatever reason, I don’t have that problem. My flightStick works as it did in 2020.
What settings should I change?
Can you send print screen on your settings? 
If you need to reverse the elevator axis then in settings go to your elevator axis and press on the gear icon next to it and in their you can see a set inverted axis switch and you can turn that on.
MSFS 2024 on XBox - Having the same issue with my turtlebeach flight stick. In settings, the option to reverse the axis is greyed out so I am unable to change it. Frustrating.
