Very high RdrThread frametimes in DX12 despite having free VRAM

no (except for performance graph)

Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons?

tried, but makes no difference

Brief description of the issue:

With DX12 enabled, frametimes for RdrThread are way higher (10-12ms) than in DX12 with same settings.
So I thought it might be VRAM usage maxed out as this is a known issue with DX12 but even with texture resolutions set so low that it is not maxing out VRAM anymore, the issue persists.
No matter if using TAA or DLSS (slight change of maybe 1-2ms but not significant).

Background:
With SU11 Beta the issue is gone and performance is good. So I guess this was caused by the memory fragmentation issues that DX12 had with SU10. Nicely done fixing this, Asobo!
