hmz, the CPU seems a bit toasty, but it’s not clocking down to protect itself, so I’m not entirely sure that’s your main issue. The fans on your AIO cooler running on 4400RPM does seem a bit odd though.
I’d still give re-mounting your CPU cooler with new thermal paste a go if you’re comfortable wrenching on your own PC.
But again, if you’re hammering the CPU with a synthetic 100% load, higher temperatures aren’t that uncommon.
Well you have the worst problems… maybe you have some power issue, which could explain sound issues too, and reboots. PSU may be making voltage fluctuate causing CPU/GPU to downclock because of lack of power. What kind of PSU have you got? It could just be busted… taking the computer back to the shop is my recommendation.
ATM my bet is power issues with PSU or even motherboard. Bring it back, have them test it. You shouldnt crash from running a simple game. My computer(s) crashes a once a year or so… it just shouldnt happen if something isnt wrong with it.
I had a similar problem with RDR2 as it will bring a system to its knees as well. Power supply was fine but the 8 pin power connector to the graphics card had a weak PIN and was causing issues. With all you describe it is either heat or power. Most likely heat, your CPU should never hit 90, especially with a liquid cooler. Possible your radiator is low on coolant or they applied thermal paste to the CPU without removing the pre applied stuff that comes on that cooler water block or the CPU block itself was installed poorly.
when i bought it 1 year ago i have first 3 months problem with crashing World of Warships, i drop some setting antyaliasing and it helps. tech support there ask me for Aida64 reports often but till that day its the same.
and from begin i cant use sound card because its buzzing,
but im happy with Realtek on motherboard so i just live it.
i use klipsh speakers, and sennheiser cable and second wireless headset.

I’m having similar issues, I think MSFS really doesn’t like 5120 x 1440.
I have a Ryzen 3700X, NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super, and 32 GB RAM set at 3600.
In the air I get about 35 FPS, or 25 on Ultra.
But on the ground at larger airports or low near cities my FPS tanks to about 5 FPS and becomes a slideshow. In the air it shows as GPU limited, but on the ground or on takeoff roll it shows both GPU and CPU limited. I can’t even do the JFK Landing Challenge as it becomes a slideshow as I get near the runway.
I recorded a video of gameplay over NYC. It really bogs down near the end as I descend over Central Park. This was recorded with the new patch from yesterday. It does this both on High and Ultra graphics settings. I’ve tried messing with the Render Scaling and it helps a little bit but it still drops to single digit FPS near airports and cities.
I’m really hoping that a 3080 could solve this issue, but even benchmarks that I see with 4K monitors of the 2080 don’t mention single digit FPS issues. And 5120 x 1440 has less pixels than a 4K monitor.
I’m going to wait and see what others say about 3080 with 5120 x 1440 Ultrawide monitors. Or maybe hold out for a 3080 Ti/Super at some point in the future with more VRAM. I’ll wait a few months until the dust settles, the last thing I want to do is rush out to get a 3080 and realize there is no material improvement.
It is difficult to understand why a powerful system has worse performance. Up until yesterday’s “patch” my system has been very stable, with more than adequate performance. This build in the same aircraft - the DA62 - has pushed to 70 fps on occasion, prior to the “patch.”
It is very perplexing. Your system should yield excellent results. Perhaps it is the resolution? I am on a 1080p FreeSync monitor; an Asus TUF IPS panel that is one of the nicest monitors I have ever used.

Went on sale over Labor Day so I grabbed another one… that’s how much I like it.
your specs are not the problem, you really need to bring the system back into wherever that built it for you, and have them figure it out. I assume you’re still under warranty.
Don’t accept no for an answer. That system likely wasn’t cheap, and it should be performing much better.
Even if you end up getting that new RTX3080, and the problem actually is your CPU cooler not mounted properly with proper thermal paste applied, you’ll still have the same problems with the new graphics card.
If you’re getting 10-20 FPS now, there is a hardware problem somewhere. The specs of your system are fine.
Before this week’s patch I was getting stable framerates, while streaming on Discord, but after the patch I’m having a hard time maintaining 30FPS. Really affected me when I flew into London last night. Even turned off the streaming and it didn’t help. Was was weird was, before the patch, my CPU was maxed when out of the plane, but was 50% in the plane. Now, being in or out of the plane doesn’t matter.
I’m running the following:
Ryzen 3900-XT
Radeon X5700-XT (overclocked edition) (8GB memory)
32GB Ram
1TB SSD
Monitor Resolution: 3440x1440 (no gsync or freesync)
The patch, which was supposed help performance, seems to have hurt mine.
