Very similar CPU &GPU usage but very good fps

As you can see in the pictures, before and after there a re similar values of CPU & GPU but i have now with everything in ultra an 90 render scale 45 constant fps
I would like to know how to see the usage of all the cores of the CPU since i just see one.
The usage of NVIDIA 100% as before and now there is a lower use of RAM

Depends how many cores it can use inflight . I always turn off virtualization on my I9 9900K so i can get 8 cores at 5.3Ghz.
