Quick question why on the VFR are some airports blue and some pink? Also is there a VFR map ledger? Sorry if I’m lacking the ability to locate it,

We assume you means Legend.
There is a Show Legend at the bottom of the map screen along with other display and filtering options.
If you’re talking about the little inflight VFR map there isn’t a specific legend for it. However, as @CasualClick mentioned, there is a legend for the world map that is valid for the VFR map, but you can’t pull the legend up in flight.
If you’re really interested in VFR symbology you can find a sectional map online very easily. Every sectional has a very detailed breakdown of the various symbols and colors on them.
