Skyvector uses the real Jeppeson charts thought and thats what I want.
VFR and IFR Charts are publically available from the FAA website for the US in TIFF format, and they are georeferenced.
Should be a simple option to select them and stream the TIFF image into the game on the EFB. If TIFF is not compressed enough, you should be able to convert to compressed image and add the geo references internally.
