Brief description of the issue:
March Release Notes indicate ATIS is now Available at VHHX Kai Tak International. It is not. ATC radio still only provides UNICOM options (see screenshots).

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Use Carenado V35 to launch Cold & Dark at VHHX Kai Tak. Provide electrical power to the panel/radios. Open the ATC/Radio window, and you will see only UNICOM options. I cross-checked COM frequencies with Little Nav Map, and it indicates 128.200 is ATIS. I tuned COM2 on the panel to this frequency and opened the ATC Window, there were no options to listen to ATIS.
