VIP Charter mission - Low "Passenger Satisfaction"

I’ve opened a VIP charter company and bought myself the Cirrus G2 Jet.

Done 3 flights, followed correct ATC and FP procedures and had no penatlies throughout the flights.

At the end of these flights, I always get 38% on the Passenger Satisfaction. WHY ALWAYS 38%??? Landing was smooth, cruising was done mostly by the AP. What am I doing wrong here? Is this a bug?

Last question - what does “Passenger Satisfaction” entail? Can someone explain please or let me know if you are getting the same issue.

I also got a very low satisfaction rating. I think it was 23% roughly, with no explanation as to why.

Got 90% satisfaction

Same here, very frustrating si ce the passenger even said that the flight was excellent and then I see 31%… but I will try to go slower as suggested

Flying a CJ4 over 1000nm. Flying slower is not the fix for sure! It’s not particularly consistent.

I have found that the game stops prompting me to talk to the passengers. I get the “Welcome and Pre Take Off” prompt, but I dont get the cruise altitdude, descent and before landing prompt to talk to the passengers. This always hurts my customer satifaction. There should be a way to select these intercom annoucements manually.

You are right. Since the update passengers contact is erratically and not constant. Hit on satisfaction and performance sadly. Intercom section is always empty

I think it is a matter of speed, if you reduce a bit it’ll be better. The prblem is when their voice express satisfaction but the rating is low…WTF i mean…be sincere there!!! :grin:

I kind of think it has to do with cruise altitude. The EFB flight plan is usually set at FL440. I change it in the EFB to FL170-FL190 (and file with ATC) when I am flying the PC-12, but it makes me wonder if the system is waiting for me to reach FL440 before it will prompt me to talk to the passengers at cruise altititude. Stumped.

It would really be great if the post flight score showed us exactly what we did wrong (sort of a metrics). How is one to improve their skills without some sort of detailed feedback. Career mode has so much potential.

Are you cancelling IFR at any point?

I usually cancel on the ascent so I don’t have to do a million ATC hand offs during my flight. Before I begin my descent phase though, I always contact ATC and ask for flight following, then request to refile me Instrument FP. After going through all those back and forth communications with ATC, the game then prompts me to tell the passengers we are at cruise altitude. It’s like re-engaging the flight following triggers the prompts for passenger announcements.

I can’t figure out the passenger satisfaction issue, You do nothing wrong, update all the passenger prompts alter the route to get to destination quicker - because that is what the VIP asks for, when you land they say they will recommend your company and then 63% - what, WHY?? Has anyone figured this out yet?
