Virtual Air Connect is a new regional airline based at East Midlands Airport (EGNX), the UK’s largest air cargo operation and the country’s most important airport for express freight.
In the heart of the Midlands we are well positioned for serving the UK and Europe with both passenger and freight services with scheduled UK and European flights to the Industrial heartlands of Europe with short and medium haul routes.
In addition to scheduled and charter flights we organise special events and tours and awards and we aim to provide training and development opportunities to help pilots enhance their skills and build confidence to fly online with live ATC on both IVAO and Vatsim as well as our own private server.

When flying we use the ICAO code VCA. Be sure to add “CALLSIGN/AERO” to your remarks when filing a flight plan, this way you can announce as “AERO” rather than “Victor Charlie Alpha”.

Before applying to join Virtual Air Connect you should fly a few flights using the Newsky Academy and achieve an average rating of at least 8, this is to ensure you have everything setup and understand the rating system in the post flight report and see any room for improvement.
