I don’t get it I have great game play no stuttering in MFS 2020 and the sim settings high or ultra but when Iam look to overlay the latency is high I have a laptop with a USB-C to Ethernet adapter and a cable to the ziggo router which stand next to the laptop. What can I do to reduce latency ? I tried other streaming settings low and patatoe and boost everything up in the game but the performance where bad in that way

First thing I see is that your connection speed is far beyond what is recommended: you need at least 800Mbps.
I am running at 866Mbps and my networking latency is somewhere about 6ms. In your case I would search the latency loss in the networking.
