ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
After the last update, the autopilot disconnect button no longer functions when mapped. It worked before the update. It still works on all other aircraft I have tested so I know it is not my device or mappings, or it would affect all aircraft. I have also verified that I have all planes using the same mapping.
Perhaps of note since they are separate button commands, Autothrottle disconnect still works. I have them both mapped to the same button and when I press, autothrottle shut off, but autopilot remains active. I have tested without both being on the same button and this still occurs so it’s not that either.
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
Cirrus Vision Jet G2
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Yes, I have tested with an empty community folder and this still happens.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time I attempt to disconnect autopilot in the Vision Jet.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Fly somewhere
- Press the mapped button to disconnect the autopilot during final approach
- Cry as the autopilot flies you into the ground because it did not disconnect.

no

n/a, this is MSFS 2024
[PC Only] What GPU (Graphics Card) do you use?
Nvidia RTX 4090
[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share?
Not sure what you’d need since I can’t imagine anything affecting this other than a bug in the code. If you need something specific, feel free to ask and I’ll give it to you.
MEDIA
Please add a screenshot or video of the issue occurring.
I’m old and don’t know how to do that. Can you record in VR? I’ll leave this to the younger generations.
