Vive VR not working

MSFS 2020.
Since a Mandatory Update late in March, Vive VR has not worked in MSFS.

Mountain top HQ, all other Games and Applications, its fine.

I have given MS some time, and kept my eye on the web, but there is no mention of a mass problem.

I feel I am being selectively targeted.

So it’s 'Good bye ’ from me.

All working fine with my Vive Pro1 (Etsy GearVR lens mod, 2x2.0 base stations, and index controllers). With i913900k/rtx4090/win11/dx12 and nvidia 572.16 (dlss4 enabled). Also, latest non-beta SteamVR update. No 3rd party mods. MSFS2020 has never looked sooo good!

All fixed.

It was Steam VR.

There was a change to the Render Resolution scale.

My ‘Per Application’ setting for MSFS mysteriously changed from 2400 x 2400 to 5000 x 5000.
This made HTC Vice attempt to paint at twice the resolution, causing terrific delay and double vision of the aeroplane cockpit and Steam Panorama.

Much hair torn out.

MSFS Update and Steam update must have happened simultaneously.
I went through uninstall and install of all applications.
