I’m struggling a bit to get the VL3 to follow GPS track in with autopilot. In CDI source I click on FMS to display pink GPS course but when I activate autopilot Alt z, the plane won’t follow the GPS heading. I can’t find any autopilot buttons ie the NAV button to tell plane to follow flight plan. Am I missing something? Thanks!
The default doesn’t have an autopilot but we’ve made a huge modification that will soon include one.
For now, for your issue… once autopilot master is on (my default key is Z), you can bind keys or I think default is Ctrl + N to engage NAV mode. Assuming the CDI source is GPS, and you have a waypoint you’re headed to, it should work.
