Quick q: how do you get to the VNAV profile on the G1000 flight plan? I see there’s a box for it, but the normal button on the bottom doens’t appear.
Has anyone got this working?
I don’t think that is possible right now, but might be something we get in the G1000/G3000 enhancements we are getting, in Sim Update 3 in February next year, or thereabouts.

oh ok. i didn’t realize the g1000 was that incomplete!

Don’t look for OBS mode in that case. 
RNAV is modeled generically in the sim.
