Can you fly an RNAV approach via a VOR based conventional STARs? For instance can you fly the RNP approach for rwy 27 at LGIR using one the conventional arrival routes (for instance XAVIS1A STAR), or RNAV for rwy 34 at LGKR using the PARNA1T arrival?
