If you don’t have the entry you may need to install “OpenXr for Windows Mixed Reality” from the Windows Store:
and you may also want the “OpenXR Developer Tools for Windows Mixed Reality” to fine tune performance:
So better delete you manual entry, download the “OpenXR for WMR”, this should create the entry in the registry at the correct location. Then you just need to edit the path to the Oculus Runtime.
