VR Cockpit Interaction Needs Improvement

I can do things in the cockpit in non-VR mode that are extremely challenging or nearly impossible in VR mode.

I blame most of the issues on the fact that the mouse arrow, or hand, does not line up properly with the click point of the knob, switch, or button. I was recently advised to try closing 1 eye to see if that helps.

It is extremely disappointing that we have to try closing 1 eye to fix the problem, and we have developrs focusing on the next world updates. If I was in charge of the development teams, I would direct all developrs to fix cockpit interaction issues and bug’s. Once all of the major issues are fixed, then spend resources on making the sim prettier.

By the way, closing 1 eye to interact with the Garmin procedure list in the Cessna Citation Longitude didn’t help. I cannot select a procedure when I have to scroll down in the list. The scrollbar is impossible to grab in VR mode. I used to be able to do it, but I guess a recent update broke it.

Hi, being new to MSFS I was disappointed to find so many issues with cockpit interaction straight away, how can the developers not see this? The mouse lagging, the inability to use buttons when the mouse is over the toolbar Windows, no simple head pointer and those are just some cockpit issues as there’s many other VR ones but they need to be mentioned elsewhere.

I would like more attention paid to this area after two year and a half years I expect more for the product I have bought, it seems as though VR is still in beta and it was not advertised as such.

Many Thanks.
