Hi
I’m using a Quest 3 VR headset and connecting via Virtual Desktop in MSFS 2020 40th Anniversary edition.
Up until about three days ago I have had no problems whatsoever, however I can no longer play in VR. It starts up OK and after about 5 mins sometimes less the VR freezes. The actual game in flat screen is still running.
I have updated all the VR components with no success. I tried it in iLL 2 Sturovik and had no problems at all.
Any suggestions on what is causing this in MSFS
Maybe a driver issue, I suggest installing the VD recommended ones

Yeah, I did a recent Nvidia driver update using the Express method. So I uninstalled the Driver using DDU and did a complete Clean Install. I just took the c-130e for a trip and landed at the Gold Coast Airport in Australia all went well.

Some time ago I also suffered exactly this problem (you can find the message in the Virtual Desktop Discord) and in my case at least nothing was really working. In the end it was kind of a overload situation somehow. When performance was optimized on my end of the parts involved (airport, plane, …) it was gone.
