VR pilot position not retained after pausing/unpausing

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Changed VR pilot position is not retained after pausing/unpausing the sim.
I’m not sure if this has been reported before. It works fine in non-VR mode.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Enter VR
  2. Move the pilot position (e.g.SHIFT-D)
  3. Pause and unpause the sim (ESC).
  4. Pilot position is back to default.

This also happens if you adjust your position and then go into the settings menu. When you resume you have to adjust your position again.

You are probably best of just manually adjusting the camera.cfg file for those aircraft that you fly most and are effected by this. I would not hold out much hope of Asobo doing anything about this. Really disappointing there has never been a feature for VR users to save the default body/head/eye position, instead we have to mess around with camera.cfg fils for individual aircraft…
