ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: The VR toolbar does not reliably appear and disappear with the usual toggle control. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 attempts before it will change state.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Switch to VR and use the hotkey to toggle the VR toolbar

Notice that it sometimes takes a couple of goes before it will toggle, even though it flashes to indicate it is sort of trying to.

It turns out that SU5 is setting the hotkey mapped to VR toolbar to “repeat input” being checked.

While, unchecking “repeat input” resolves it, the issue still remains that SU5 is changing a setting that will catch unsuspecting VR users, like it did me, when SU5 is formally released.

As such, the real solution should be that “repeat input” should be left in the state in which it was in when upgrading from SU4.
