ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Most dials, buttons, and switches work reasonably well with VR controllers but the vertical speed control dial (at least in the TBM) doesn’t work well at all. If I select it and then start moving my hand around to adjust it, it doesn’t do anything until my hand has moved about a foot and then it will jump by over 1000fpm and not always in the appropriate direction.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Fly the TBM in VR (Pimax Crystal Light)
- After setting vertical speed mode in the autopilot, try to adjust the VS with VR controllers and the VS dial.
- Watch the VS not change and then change a lot as you move your controller around.
