Something might be currently wrong with Orbx Central.
Today I bought Berlin and Prague Aerosoft airports by it as I wanted to use Orbx sale. The money was succesfully transfered. And yet Orbx Central doesn’t seem to think I own the airports.
I’m in contact with Orbx Customer Support (I’ve created a ticket) but so far they weren’t able to help me.
I’m sure they’ll get it rectified, ORBX support (historically) has been excellent.
I own a TON of payware from them and haven’t had an issue yet (bought 3 more yesterday).
Hope it gets solved!
I also have problem with Orbx Central at the moment, tried to buy some sceneries on sale but payment with PayPal failed to process.
Open the Central app also takes a while and sometimes it failed to read my installed products.
Now Australia is at night, I do not think they can answer your request till tomorrow.
I’ve had issues before with their app and as a result have switched to buying on their website and installing via the app. So far no troubles using that method. Hope they get it fixed.
