Do these repeated dots happen for everyone? Do the weird stone shapes coming out of the water?

The weird shapes are low complexity photogrammetry. Not sure what the dots are supposed to be, but I would guess something small sticking out of the water, perhaps a mooring point for boats.
The dots are in the ocean too, they’re just everywhere where there’s water on my system. Anything I can do to address that or that’s just the way it works?
I’ve never seen that before! Do you have any mods installed that affect water? I’ve not heard of any. It doesn’t look like something you might turn on with the dev mode either. Very weird.
