Getting message" we couldn’t sign you in to Xbox live"
Sorry something went wrong (0x80004005).
I’m on pc.
Any help please.

Ensure all your Windows store apps, such as Xbox app and gaming services are up to date and then restart and see if it helps. :blush:

According to the dutch website ‘alle storingen.nl’ xbox live services is experiencing problems.
Has nothing to do with your local settings/software

Yep, mus be there end as without any changes it has started working ok, many thanks for the quick replies.

I really hope this is an online issue.

My one chance to play on MSFS for the weekend has been stuffed over by this exact same error. Tried all the different troubleshooting methods, including trying to create a new xbox account (which starts up the game, but then I need to set my preferences and download an update?).

Sigh… Guess I’ll just abandon this feeling ticked off.

in my side, always got “Online service is unreached…” message… can get into the main menu… but cannot load into the flight… infinite loading…

On PC, UK, got a message (15.19 uk time) saying online services not available. Market Place is now ‘greyed out’.

It seems there’s an online service outage happening right now… I hope the MSFS ops team is aware

We are aware of users reporting issues connecting to Online Services. We are working on having this escalated to the correct team. The Online Services Monitoring page will be kept updated.
