Since yesterday’s update I can’t change the weather or time either in the world map or in plane (via the top bar) as the whole selection box is greyed out. I’m stuck on live weather and live time.
Before I post a bug report - is this just me? I don’t fancy reinstalling (167GB).
The other minor thing is that the multiplayer selection text now has a one pixel vertical scroll bar - not game breaking like the weather selection but …

Just to chip in one comment from your first post… If I remember correctly it is never possible in the sim to edit live weather options if the multiplayer option is set to “Live Players”. However, setting it to all players will also show multiplayer traffic and allow adjustment to some of the weather parameters.
In terms of using custom weather, I usually use the “Preset” option and then chose the one closest to what I want to achieve and then add/remove layers from that pre-select.
In that other thread Felixgamingx1 succeeded to unlock presets/custom weather by subscribing to XBox Live. Hester40MT is investigating on that logic for XBox users.
I reinstalled the whole SIM and had exactly the same problem.
I uninstalled all additional 3rd party add one, same problem was evident.
I started playing about with options and after I turned the Multiplayer option in Flight Conditions tab of the World Map to “all players” (i have it set to “Off Group Only” usually), the “preset” and “custom” options of “Weather and Time” then became usable (as they should be) again. It is definitely a bug but hopefully this solution will work for anybody else with the problem.
After doing this you can switch multiplayer back to off with no problems…
