Description of the issue:
The status for “Traffic of the past 24hrs”, “Weather of the past 24hrs”, “Live players” in the weather panel once in flight are incorrectly displayed

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

prior starting a flight, go to Flight Conditions and make sure “Traffic of the past 24hrs”, “Weather of the past 24hrs”, “Live players” are enabled (green checkmark)

start a flight, open the weather panel and notice that “Traffic of the past 24hrs”, “Weather of the past 24hrs”, “Live players” have the disabled symbol (orange cross)
