I think many issues we have with clouds and rain is because of the clouds are under the ground. Maybe because they fixed clouds height over the dead sea and that is located below sea level. Now maybe the clouds height is correct there but to low everywhere else. The thing we know for sure is that the clouds are to low everywhere. They need to fix that issue ASAP and we all getting better and more accurate weather.
If the lowest cloud layer are located under the ground we can’t have rain and snow and the weather will look wrong with some of the clouds coming up from the ground.
