This happens for me also, Xbox X SU12 beta

When I open Weight & Balance from the Toolbar:

  1. Open window 1st time (in this case for the Longitude) all the fields are undefined.
  2. Open window 2nd time it looks normal.

is happening to me on a few Carenado airplanes. Either fuel show undefined or payload, depending on the plane.

Opening and closing the tab does not fix the bug.

Why is this still a thing? This is the sort of bug that should be immediately squashed.

Still in SU13 beta 1.34.13.0.

It’s making a total mess of trying to load the 747-8i. Every time I close and reopen the W&B sheet the fields change. Sometimes the undefined is in the fuel section, sometimes it’s in the payload section.

A similar issue.
Undefined elements are displayed in the Weight and Balance window when the window is opened.

Priority: low.
Severity: minor.
Reproducibility: sometimes.
Platform: Steam.
Flight simulator version: 1.34.15.0.

Steps to reproduce:
Open the Flight simulator.
Select the Diamond aircraft DA62.
Start the flight.
Open the Weight and Balance window.
Pay attention to the elements in the Weight and Balance window.

Actual result: Undefined elements are displayed in the Weight and Balance window when the window is opened.

Expected result: Undefined elements are not displayed in the Weight and Balance window when the window is opened.

I wonder why this just has 11 votes. There are planes where the weight and fuel need to be loaded using the sim menu, how come folks aren’t seeing this? Starting to think it will never be fixed.

Brief description of the issue:

Found a whole bunch of extra “Undefined” tanks and passengers/cargo spots in the Fuel/weight menu while checking shortly after the start of an IFR flight during climbing phase. Took the screenshot then. Checking on it later during the same flight, these entries were gone again.

Normal IFR flight created via the World Map between EDDV and LCPH, using the stock Asobo Citation and livery.

I’ve noticed this on other planes as well, not sure what’s causing it

Livery issue I think.

Yes, it happens on many planes, including default planes and default liveries. Often if you close the window and open it again (sometimes 3 or 4 times) eventually it shows what you expect.
