Since the new update, strange things have happened to me and I hope that I’m just being stupid or that there are certain settings that correct everything. Who can help, PLEASE!
The simulation now always starts with the AI control activated and the AI idiot simply starts the entire aircraft, runs up the engines, reports a flight and initiates a pushback procedure. I can’t deactivate it that quickly. I switch everything off, set everything to off in the settings that has to do with AI, save and restart. And again the AI intervenes and starts the machine, ■■■■ it! What am I doing wrong?
I can no longer call up my saved camera settings. When I call up the command ALT + 1, a desktop window now opens, nothing happens with the other key assignments … Attention, now comes: Now and then the simulator starts offline! And in offline mode my camera settings are available again …?!? Hääää … ???
I could always leave the cockpit completely with ALT + (arrow down, up, left, right). Now I have reached my limits in the cockpit and can no longer move out, unless I go to the external camera. I fly VR. Then when I hit 0 (not numeric) I could jump to an exterior view and back again. That is no longer possible either.
Very often now I can no longer jump from VR to monitor mode and back. The keyboard command just stops responding …
A lot of settings are being reverted to “defaults” after SU7. Check your “Assistance” settings and your keyboard or other peripheral mappings, there is a good chance that everything is set to “Easy” in Assistance, which is probably why you have your AI doing everything for you, and your keyboard mappings are probably messed up now too, and you pressing key combinations that are now by “default” activate or deactivate different things that you are not expecting.
When I reset and save (turn off most), next time I go into the sim, it’s back to Easy and I have to reset to off again, every time! Some Cessna switches no longer work.
Every single time they announce an update, I cringe and try to enjoy the final day of smooth flying before they ruin it. Every time! We all knew this might be like this. Pavlov’s dog.

“Hey Joe, in order to get this Reno stuff to work, we gotta cut out some switches and buttons in some GA aircraft”.
“And if they want hand-controls in VR, let’s cut out some functions with the mouse. Heck, we can’t do both, right? Where you going for lunch?” Lol!
I have updated my camera settings, but now the toolbar does not work again! Str + o does not help either. I can’t scale windows (VFR, ATC) or move them with the mouse in VR either … It’s exhausting and frustrating…
Well, somehow I got a grip on the Ki pilot. The camera control and the saved user cameras work again if you set the home cockpit to on in the settings under Camera. If you do this, the toolbar in VR no longer works and the cards in VR cannot be dragged with the mouse. A jump to the outside using the 0 or 1 key is still no longer possible. Improvements urgently need to be made here!

I can no longer use eyepoint controls to leave the cockpit and explore aircraft interiors or move the eye point camera outside to walk around the plane or world environment .
That was the best thing to do in VR for me.
I hope we can find a fix for this and before anyone harps on “just using the drone camera” NO it is not the same as walking eyepoint exploring.
I had an issue where my throttles would just randomly start controlling themselves by increasing and decreasing power without me touching anything. I simply went to my assistance settings and switch it from easy to true to life and it seems to have fixed the issue. Like others have said, I believe SU7 reset the assistance settings to easy.
