Download Nvidia drivers v466.77

Uninstall Nvidia drivers and restart PC.
Install 466.77 drivers and restart PC.

Glitchy Pixels at top of screen
Graphical issues relating to lights - Artefacts and Flickering
Weird Shadows Appear At Night
