3 terrible cloud effects. it looks like im flying in grey world when I m in a cloud. the only effect they use is grey background. it doesn’t reduce visibility etc I could still see end of the 747 s wing in a dense cloud. it doesn’t feel like I m crossing clouds at 500 km/h nothing passing visible on wings or engines. (hope devs can understand what I meant)
4 not enough cities with 3d photogrammetry and 3d data is way smaller compared to google maps. for example in Toronto bing maps has 25 km2 of 3d photogrammetry whereas on google maps this number is 1000 km2 its a such a big difference.
5 lost of missing important landscapes . they must have at least included more handcrafted landscape in cities where there is no 3d data available but they also didn’t waste their time doing so.
6 plane psychics are terrible. no suspension effect no bouncing etc. you land an airbus like a 70 tones brick.
7 General aviation aircraft are so hard to control. they are waaaaaaaaay more sensitive to input from joystick than they should be.
and ofcourse missing airports ( LEMG LTFM EDDS and much more)
Long-time microsoft flight simulator fan boy. Can confirm, very disappointed with this product. Will likely continue on xplane 11 for the foreseeable future
I’ve been in clouds many times and most of the time you can see wings (not that I really look at them when I fly). LOL There are plenty of videos on YouTube to get an idea https://youtu.be/UFQBjULS3ys
6.Whatever you call “suspension” is just a small part of airplane physics. Many GA actually modeled not bad in release and much in par with XP11 FM. By the way you can tweak your controls curves and sensitivity it may help. Also you’ll be surprised how many airplanes in real life are sensitive especially aerobatic ones. That is the way they rigged!
I flew and flight instructed in several airplanes MSFS currently featured and they don’t look that terrible to me. Hope you fix your settings and re-evaluate. Give Asobo some time it’s been just 2 days! LOL
Don’t where you get this idea about clouds. May be in very dense fog you won’t see you wings.Check this video out:
By the way make sure you sign your primary flight control to “axis” (pitch axis, roll axis, yaw axis and so on). If you tasing to anything else it will be impossible to control!
Do you understand that I’m trying to explain you how things are? You base your opinion on someone else video, while I know it for the fact! Here what I’ve done. Nothings special just an approach to minimum 200 AGL. Shot was taken by my copilot
