What about the performance of the sim with elgato HD60 s+?

I’ve seen some videos captured with this external capture and the quality is really good. But as it doesn’t encode the videos I’m not sure if penalizes performance of the sim. Anyone has tried it?

If that’s an HDMI capture widget that you run on a second computer, then no it won’t impact the sim on the first computer.

(If you’re recording on the same computer the sim is running, then you do not need an HDMI capture widget, since you can record the image in the graphics card already.)
