I cheated a bit on my next leg of Atlantic tour in TBM-930 in real weather: TNCM

Start of the flight was fabulous. SID required shard right turn to avoid hills near Princess Juliana airport. It was fun.
Then all flight there was nice weather, just 20kn head wind.
Until I reached destination. And here I got lesson learned: Check your FMC DB before flight. I got assigned visual approach 01. I could see weather was not good for visual approach. So I requested RNAV-Y approach. Only then I found out I couldn’t load it into FMC. It had only visual and VORDME approach. And VORDME was with tailwind runway. So I tried visual. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the runway so I had to go around.
I wanted to go to my alternate (MTCH), but I couldn’t select that request in ATC. So I cancelled IFR, descended to 1000ft, joined downwind and landed visually.
