Hello @SavvySigma,
Thank you for sharing this flight!
To help keep those on a slow connections or mobile, it would help to keep 10 images per post. If you have more than 10, feel free to create a new post for each 10 batch of images.
It was a Cessna kind of day, first I took the JPL C152 taildragger from KPAE to KTIW with a stop at KBFI and a nice Delta transition over Sea Tac, then back to KPAE.
Quick flight from foggy Skopje(LWSK) to foggy Thessaloniki(LGTS), Iris PC-21, live weather, FSLTL ai traffic, Pico4 VR.
ATC again giving me a visual approach…
Tiger Moth around KEDW and vicinity on a gusty day in the California desert, did some ground reference maneuvers and some aerobatics including some mock crop-dusting. Then I got a wild hair and took the Tiger Moth toward Palm Springs, but got stuck in Victorville for a while since the photogrammetry there is awesome. An unexpected treat!
Second flight, had to get the yoke back out and take the JPL C152 from Victorville to Palm Springs. Something about flying across the quiet desert is calming, I think FS does have a certain meditative edge to it. Just don’t take your eyes off the oil pressure gauge for too long. Regular maintenance is the key with this plane, as she will burn oil over time and can run dry, providing another emergency landing practice opportunity.
