yesterday ended my day with a Comanche session from Driftwood Bay Air Force Station, Dutch Harbor, Alaska to King Cove, King Cove, Alaska
PAAM → PAVC
encountered little pitot(fuse ?) issue

Flew from Santa Monica for some Hollywood and aviator shenanigans at Pancho’s, by Edwards. Disappointed such a stylish plane doesn’t move faster. Views excellent along the way.

I haven’t posted in this thread in quite a while but I have a few pics Id like to share. First, a few from around Chicago that I thought had cool clouds/weather/atmosphere. then theres a couple from one of my favorite new airports (for GA) - its Santa paula by Just Flight - awesome addon… then just a pic or two more - I cant remember at the moment

Bora Bora with Cli4D scenery enhancements. Absolutely amazing. Terraforming, 3D buildings, foliage and watermasking, it’s all there. Cli4d has perfected tropical scenery. Lately I’ve been into combining missions, focusing on the same location. On my first mission I took the beautiful COWS DA-42 on a small inter-island tour, arriving at Bora Bora NTTB. I learned how to fix a broken left engine alternator in the process. The DA-42 is a beautiful and fast airplane with a generous cockpit view and FADEC controls. It feels like it’s from the future. Perfect for seeing lots of scenery in a shorter amount of time, and rolling up to Bora Bora in style.

Short final, I did find the centerline and had a beautiful flare. My approach was good and I didn’t have to fuss with power too much on final. I love the way this plane flies.
The valet will take care of our virtual things. I brought my VR swimsuit.
Hopped into a GotFriends Lake Skipper for a spirited lap of the island.
Took the TouchingCloud Kamov KA-10 to get yet a different perspective. I summited the high point and really got a good dose of vertigo flying her right through the peaks and over to the opposite shore. Perfect altitude for viewing the water masking and picking the best places to fly over. Drop the collective and take a quick dip. A perfect chopper for getting up close and personal with Bora Bora. Here we are at the resort after ANOTHER lap.
Cli4d scenery is HIGHLY recommended, if you have been hearing a buzz lately its for a good reason.

Sim performed great today…flew a combo of aircraft…out of one… into another…this sim is stellar when the dots line up…mashed my butt all day 
Nice morning for a few mild aerobatics before the fog rises…
Midwest was looking good…DC3 is stellar…I love this bird
Smooth Stearman was relaxing as always…
A little Tomcat F14 to sharpen your sticks…
Watched a little TV…
What a day for the sim and servers…and myself lol…

Legs 4 and 5 of Cuba bush-trip in WB-Sim C172 in real weather: MUCA

Wind was calm at all airports. Even at flying altitude 4500" I had only about 10kn headwind. But it was still turbulent at some places. Visibility was great, except the fog at Abel Santamaria airport. Luckily there were good navigation points. Large lake Embalse Minerva was easy to spot and from there I just followed road that made me aligned with the runway.
Also good thing was that at both airports I received clearance for straight in.

once I finished my mod tweaking
edit : (done) took me lot of time (l m not expert in texturing … tried increasing resolution, then pixel per pouce , also tried various graphic setting, in fact it was more a question of generating mipmap (switched default to BC7 and bicubique mipmap, diidn’t tried other kind of mipmaps, if I have more time and if I notice performance issue, maybe I will check this again)
corrected a ground texture to get less LOD effect wich was recently bugging me and could not watch anywhere without noticing those bad pixelated lines

KROC to CYFB in the dc designs concord because I have only flown it once and that one time pushed it past the max limits and crashed my sim the first time with it and just left it sitting in my hanger after that

Nice Côte d’Azur (LFML) to Barcelona–El Prat (LEBL) in the FBW A320N:
A nice leisure flight, not bothering with vatsim, just filled the skies with FSLTL and took to the skies.

Though I have not installed the Dune freebies, during the whole Barcelona flight I had the loading circle in the bottom right corner, so I did the whole post-update ritual with the Community folder and the rolling cache and did a quick test flight from Balaton Sármellék (LHSM) to Budapest (LHBP):
This time it was really smooth. The update spirits were pleased.
