i guess that’s what Asobo ever did, changes to vegetation, nothing in the changelog, to the TLOD distance, nothing in the changelog, to texture and cloud pattern size, nothing.

2020, Last of the stick conrol resets was for the still reliable H-135. Used my old mods that complete the new default Kansai area. Still have to work on Kobe - the port tower disappeared.
SamScene, there still is no substitute…
Asuka with the ancient royal burial mounds
Nara - the default portrays it well enough w/o needing mods.
Kyoto looks fine with the default as well - I am disappointed with the Kiyomisudera, though.
The default update did wonders for the buildings, compared to previous versions. Kobe, even.

Flew the Black Square Turbine Duke from Kristiansand Kjevik (ENCN) to Sandefjord Torp (ENTO) using BeyondATC:
It’s been way too long since my last flight, and it showed, but I really enjoyed how the morning sunshine cleared the fog at Kristiansand. Also I was about a mile away from the runway on approach when I finally saw the PAPI and the runway itself. I was above minimums, but I was just about to start really worrying about landing when I fannally saw it. Landing wasn’t the best either, I was way of the centerline and not paralell to it, I managed to stay on the tarmac, but still…

KMSS → KLKP Massena, New York to Lake Placid, New York.
Maybe a little cold to have the canopy open, but it’s too pretty not to.
Flew around the Adirondack Mountains for an hour sightseeing, and definitely not because I was lost. 
Ah, Mt. Whiteface, now I know where I am. Lake Placid straight ahead.
Some impressive mechanical turbulence and wind shear off these mountains today. I could pretty easily power through it with the big radial though.
7 knot direct crosswind into Runway 32, got in before it started gusting to 16 knots.
