What do you think? Can I improve my settings?

MSFS 2024 runs pretty well, but still occasional small stutters - here’s my specs and settings..

Any thoughts on things to try? Thanks for any advice..

I-9 14900
64GB DDR5 Ram
2 TB SSD Hard Drive
Nvidia Geforce RTX 4090

3840 x 2160 - Full screen - 3 x 42" 4K TV Screens

SIM:
Nvidia DLSS Super Resolution - Quality - Nvidia DLSS 2x
VSync Off
Nvidia Reflex Low Latency On
Dynamic Settings Off
Global Rendering Quality Settings mostly Ultra
TLOD - 200
OLOD - 200

Turn off Nvidia Reflex. That should eliminate your small stutters.

Thanks will try that!

I would love to see a screenshot with those specs. I am working out what my new Pc should be.

Well the specs are there up above…what specifically are you looking for?

Sorry - I meant a screenshot ingame! Interesting to see what the game looks like.

I found to turn of Nvidia Reflex I have to use AMD FSR and that was very stuttery. I dont know if I can turn off Relex somewhere else? Also after yesterdays update I’m getting tons of “Resources Exceeded” messages..

Nothing looks that great with my settings. I just did a clean install of Windows 11 Pro and also the Sim, and it was smoother on my old Windows 10 Pro installation

Tough question here: My PC settings are below for reference. I had Windows 10 Pro and the Sim ran great. Installed new drive - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 - New Sim install - Frame rates are good (for a 3 monitor 4K setup) typically 30-60 fps.

I have DLSS Swapper currently set to use 310.6 / M (310.7 was worse)

BUT - the Sim runs horribly. Stutters, pauses, ghosting etc. Usually on takeoff or landing, in flight not so bad, but I still see mini stutters in the side monitors…

SPECIFICALLY - I’m looking for advice on:

1/ SIM Graphics settings

2/ The correct settings to have in the Nvidia App for MSFS 2024

3/ The best settings for DLSS Swapper

…ANY ADVICE MOST WELCOME! Thanks…

Lower your TLOD and OLOD

To like 100 / 100 right? I think I’ve tried it, but l’ll do it again and check.. thanks.

I just don’t get how the same settings worked great in W10 - but in W11 they suck…?

100/100 shows improvement, but still not a smooth experience as in W10..
