What does TRK mean on an FMC?

I loaded a flight plan from simbrief into the PMDG 737 and noticed that one of the waypoints has TRK next to it. Can anyone tell me what this means ? Is it where i have to manually fly at that heading ? If so what is the procedure ? Use heading mode and then switch back to nav when you reach the next waypoint ?

In this example, though I believe that it is showing you need to fly a 169 track to that waypoint.
