What is "Extremity Dea..." I see under Sensitivity?

Have a CH Throttle Quadrant (just waiting for my Brovo). On latest update I see we now have something called “Extremity Dea…” (that’s all the letters I can see). What is it and what does it do and how should I use it in my setup?

Dea… - probably Deadzone.

Should be Extremity Deadzone. How much you want the yoke rotate (angle of rotation).
e.g.: extremity dead zone = 0 = 45" maximum angle of rotation
