What is the header that shows flight details

Hi can anyone tell me what the header at the top of the screen with the flight plan details and ETA you often see on you tube videos.

Thanks it has bugged me for years as I didn’t know what it was. So it’s a live stream thing then thanks.

They would use something like OBS for the streaming, it’s just a tool you can install that would place it at the top of your stream.
