I was wondering if these problems could have something to do with the latency to the Microsoft servers? I haven’t found much in the forum about the important value of latency. My latency to the European servers is 16ms - 23ms.

16 to 20ms is the norm for me to western or northern Europe servers from UK.
I don’t have a problem myself, but I read a lot of post people who say the internet is fine.
You have 100, 250 mb. But I’ve never read about the important value of latency.
My experience and the amount of feedback tell me that a lot of people don’t even know what that is.
The latency can be very high, especially in a WLAN. A combination with a unmanaged switch and video streaming can worsen your own network extremely.
