What was your favorite flight that you took in MSFS?

Mine was a flight PHNL-PHOG on an A320neo, ever so beautiful watching the waves, mountains, airplanes land, and clouds move in.

Yikes, I don’t think I have a “favorite” there are so many factors that can make one memorable.

Weather, Scenery, The Aircraft itself… I’ve enjoyed them all.

First thing I did was fly around Mongolia looking for Genghis Khan’s tomb. :sunglasses:

I record all my favourite flights with some history, maps, pics etc because I love to learn while flying. My focus is on airfields. Cheers.

also palma, ibiza, grand canaria,…that kind of stuff
also keywest, philippines have great stuff also

One of my first flights was taking the exact highway route (by following visual memory) from Lancaster, CA to Los Angeles. Having made that trip countless times for doctors appointments and visiting family.

The sim has the massive windmill at Palmdale Lake, which was always cool to see. We’d stop in Acton at the McDonald’s for lunch, then seeing the “Flintstones place” at Vasquez Rocks in Aqua Dulce.

Although, the photogrammetry still has the 14 to the 5 freeway interchange looking like jumbled wires.

A part of me still really misses LA, but I’d don’t think I’d ever want to live there again.

Still fun to fly though.

A similar part of the world for me, Dushanbe, Tajikistan, to Kashgar, China. The scenery there is amazing. I always meant to follow that up, taking off from Kashgar heading further East. there is a huge open expanse there with very little in it apart from sand dunes as far as I can see.

VFR Dushanbe (UTDD) to Kashi (ZWSH).pln (2.7 KB)

Mine was from JFK to LAX in Darkstar. I arrived before I could finish my cup of coffee.

My favorite flights are always the ones where I just take off at a local airport in the evening and fly around for a bit before returning. One of my favorites was a recent full moon moonrise flight over Lake Michigan.
