I think it was the PMDG DC-6 and if I recall correctly, it was around 6:19 (cross country). Looking forward to beating that length with a good long haul airliner soon.

4.5 hours from PHNL to PJON in the C208. Then just under 5 hours coming back up. That’s a long time buzzing along. 
Stayed in the seat though. Unfortunately it was ocean / clouds the whole way down and back! (~717nm if I recall)

13 hours in, approaching destination in the Salty 747, then a CTD.
12 hours in the Headwind A330 to a successful landing.

5 hours in a C-208. Then CTD on final. 
C172 – about 4 days … (yes, AP, unlimited Fuel – “FPS drop” stress test with SU9)
Passed !!! No FPS drop and no CTD

Oh yes, sure, I stayed up fro 4 days without sleep, watching my C172 on AP, fly around the world !!!

Just over 5 hours. FACT - FIMP in the FBW A32NX. It was a pretty cool flight, took off just before sunset, ended up passing over Durban as the moon was coming up so started crossing the Indian Ocean with a lovely moon reflection.

Nobody has mentioned any of the Charity Flight events that @SeedyL3205 ran last year … they were Long 12+ hour flight events …
I took part in the 1st one – took me days too recover and get caught back up with my sleep !!!

11 hours Heathrow to Haneda in the default 787. Long hauls are on hold for me at the moment though as the fps drops to single digits after 6 hours or so. Was fine until a while back but now long hauls are a waste of time for me as they end up unplayable.
12.5 hours in an A330-900 from singapore to Frankfurt
Without a CTD or low fps on arrival (I was very lucky)
About 6.5 hours in the DC-6 (Indonesia to N. Australia) … no stability or FPS issues during the whole flight.

About 6 hours or so in the 777 from KJFK to LEMD (Madrid) I don’t do many long hauls in airliners, mostly fly GA, but it was fun to “cross the pond” in an airliner.
