I have no beef with Asobo default aircraft but 3rd party just do it better and more in depth. Why can’t I use my H145 for transports of flightseeing ? Why can’t I use my Alouette for SAR mission ? As 3rd party will convert their aircraft to MSFS 2024 , this will become more and more problematic. I have so many third party that I didn’t buy from marketplace that are begging for some cargo/passenger mission.

3rd party aircraft will be available in career mode once Marketplace starts working. As it was stated many times only planes bought on MP will be allowed to use.
I am talking about any 3rd party. Not just MP once. We need a way for dev to certified 3rd party aircraft in the Career mode.

I understand what you are talking about and I answered your questions why you can’t and why you won’t be able to use your H145 and Alouette in career mode. If you bought them from MP you would be able to use them in the near future, but you didn’t so…
I wouldn’t expect this as they have confirmed the entire reason first party aircraft are encrypted was to prevent people sneaking modded planes into career. They want to control credits for… reasons.
I would be surprised if this happened just because we have confirmation from them of wanting to control what planes in career.
The only way I can see this happening is by possibly adding a missions layer to Free Flight, toggle on/off, whatever suits your preference. You can do whatever missions you want, with whatever aircraft you want, but if you want to “full” company managing experience, earning credits, then you’d be restricted to using Career mode with default planes… Which will expand as the months go on.

Anything is possible. They just need to give developer the requirement to enable an aircraft in Career. Asobo can come up with a process for dev to follow.

The more i read. The more i understand what people want. We want missions. But to do what we want with no consequences or progression.
We want all our sliders full on. But dont screw with my performance i had in fsx
Dont stream the sim, but dang, i dont have room on my drives for all this stuff let me delete it.
I always tell people be careful about you wish because you might actually get it. People complain about download speed, loading times for years. Asobo comes up with a solution and somehow they want to go back to download speed and loading time. You can’t just win.
Asobo default aircraft are just bad. I want to fly an aircraft that is actually working. Not asking for much here.

Hi guys,
what I understood from last MSFS Developper Stream (May 25) is that we will have to buy again third party aircraft bought oustide of the marketplace to have them in the career mode (because it needs aircraft ingestion tool validation).
Do we have more information about this or I just misunderstood ??
