Indeed, I also follow this guy’s channel.. I recommend everyone does the same too..
no channel in particlar, tbh.
If I wanna know something of whichI think a YT tutorial or review exists, I just search for it.
Look for reviewers you like, then dig through their reviews. A great way to find planes and add info suggested by likeminded folks.
Nobody at all
I think they have all been said, but here is my go-to list of creators:
Cpt. Canada
V1 Simulations
320simpilot
easyjetsimpilot
J. Favigano (he does a lot of other types of gaming as well but his flight sim vids are pretty good!)
V1 simulations and 320simpilot really helped me to learn the A320 as they really take the time to go through start up and prepping the box.
Definitely the best tutorials on the NXi and other avionics. Personally the must go to for myself.
It depends who is showcasing the plane I am interested in.
It can be Fly from Home (real flying instructor), Into the Blue Simulations, JayDee, Die Mörderkaninchen (probably Monthy Python fans), flightlevel94, and some others (sometimes AVangel is testing new planes too).
Because only one (or in extreme good years maybe even two…) new interesting DLC airplanes are released every year, I am not really “following” or look every week hoping for a bunch of new videos, but use these channels to get an exact very detailed overview for my next DLC plane purchase.
Didn’t know you had a channel!
Bell clicked!
What a great forum discussion. I was just thinking of doing a post of 3 flight Sim YouTube channels that are great but seem to be flying under the radar (pun intended).
The Flying Dad makes amazing YouTube videos that are super entertaining to watch and quite informative.
Dave McKee is another person who makes amazing and super informative videos
And the last but certainly not least is Wells Sullivan a fellow Canadian. He really gets into the nuts and bolts of aircraft accuracy and the nuts and bolts of flight dynamics and such.
Check these three out. They’re all really great.
I watch a lot of aviation YouTubers, but I watch very little simulator content.
AvAngel, for aircraft reviews.
The Corporate Flying Dad, for aviation education.
There’s a few others I’ve watched for specific tutorials, such as FilbertFlies’ CJ4 lesson featuring WT Matt..or SimHanger for his Honeycomb Throttle Quadrant guide’s. Otherwise, I only watch real aviation content, alongside my other interests and hobbies.
Avangel is the best,
Good honest reviews.
VR Flight Sim Guy.
He’s based just up the road from me and I know his flying area.
jaydee from germany.
calm voice, very serious and creates good checklists. for pc users also brings the mods known here. and is sometimes as happy as a child about the sim
English:
320 Sim pilot
British Avgeek
Easyjet simpilot
Pilot Studd
SimFlightPro
Bobby Fuzzy
Spanish:
A320737pilot
Most are mentioned, i also follow FFO (Fly From Home)
They do lengthy reviews of airplanes mostly
And a bit different is Russ Barlow, he does for example mods for the Bravo Throttle
Into the blue simulations is my favourite. Top quality content.
Plane Old Ben. Good insight into flying in the UK and a good view of how ATC works here.
320 Simpilot. Great for the er, 320.
And Dutch Pilot Girl. But probably for the wrong reasons…
Airforceproud95 mostly for having fun with the sim.
badGamr is pretty A-Z:
