There are 3 Airports: Origami EGKK, MKVY EGKK 2024 and MKVY EGKK Ultra. Just from the detailing, whats the best?
Cant really comment on whats the “best” but I’d just like to point out that Origami is working on a new update for Gatwick. Not just a performance update but a larger overhaul. Google and look up some photos.
I have this version and can’t complain - I use FSLTL on default settings and Gatwick is BUSY!
I mean, MKVY is free and it’s probably the most detailed and most-updated freeware airport available for MSFS.
Unless you actually fly a real tubeliner out of Gatwick on a regular basis, I can’t see how you’d need more. 
Never even occurred to me to look for payware.

Wow, glad I saw this thread…this is payware quality! Decided to do a flight out of Gatwick for the first time, climbing out now.

The free Gatwick on flightsim.to is quite good. I’ve also never even thought of looking for a payware version
Looking at Origami’s site, the latest post on this was August 2023. Was this the latest version they’ve made available for Gatwick?
I have been using freeware MKVY version and so far no complaints!
